Terms of service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
By using vibesupport you agree to these terms. We've kept them readable.
The service
vibesupport runs an automated, read-only audit of a web page you submit and, optionally, connects you with our engineers for a deeper review. The free audit only inspects publicly-accessible content.
Use it on apps you own
Only submit URLs you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for having the right to request an audit of the submitted site. Do not use vibesupport to scan or attack third-party systems without permission.
What the audit is — and isn't
The automated audit is a helpful signal, not a guarantee. It checks common frontend and configuration issues visible from outside your app. It cannot see your backend, database rules, or business logic, and a passing result does not certify that your app is secure. Decisions you make based on the report are your own.
Expert audits
Paid expert reviews are scoped and agreed separately. Any findings or recommendations are advisory; implementing them and verifying your production system remains your responsibility.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Don't use it to test systems you don't control.
- Don't misrepresent the results as a formal certification.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vibesupport is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output.
