Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 July 2026
This policy explains what we collect when you use vibesupport, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English on purpose.
Who we are
vibesupport ("we", "us") is a service that audits web applications and helps founders get to production. You can reach us any time at hello@vibesupport.dev.
What we collect
- The URL you submit for an audit. We fetch that publicly-accessible page and its linked assets to run the scan.
- Your name and email when you request a report, an expert audit, or contact us.
- Project details you choose to share (description, links) when requesting an expert audit.
- Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
What we do not do
- We do not log into your app, and we only read publicly-reachable pages.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not run intrusive attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or alter your site.
How we use your information
- To run your audit and generate and email your report.
- To follow up about your audit, expert review, or message.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Where your data goes
We use a small number of service providers to run vibesupport — for hosting, and (when configured) for sending email. They process data only to provide those services to us.
Retention
We keep audit requests and messages only as long as needed to help you and to run the service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@vibesupport.dev and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know.
